When a regional administrative body sought to modernize its boardroom, the goal was clear: develop a flexible, easy-to-operate system that could support a variety of meeting formats, including hybrid sessions involving both in-person and remote participants. Digital Horizons was brought in to design and install a comprehensive audio and video system that would meet the evolving demands of governance, transparency, and seamless collaboration.

When Mille Lacs Electric Cooperative began construction on its new headquarters near Aitkin, MN, the team reached out to Digital Horizons with a complex goal: design and install a multifunctional AV system that would serve as both a large-format meeting space and a fully equipped boardroom. Each use case had distinct demands, from wide-angle visibility for large groups to high-quality audio and video capture for remote board meetings. Our challenge was to deliver a system that could handle both—seamlessly and intuitively.

In 2022, Digital Horizons partnered with ICS and contractor HyTec to design and implement a multi-display AV system for a school commons area—transforming it into a flexible space for announcements, presentations, and everyday communication. The goal was to create a reliable, easy-to-use solution that could be operated by staff without the need for extensive training while offering the flexibility to serve both scheduled programming and impromptu events.

A local church approached Digital Horizons with a clear goal: modernize their sanctuary with a high-quality projection system while preserving the simplicity of their worship space. The vaulted design of the sanctuary presented both aesthetic and technical challenges, but our team worked closely with church leaders to ensure the result would be both functional and visually appropriate for the space.
