This HyTec Construction built home features a wide range of technology that was integrated into a Control4 smart-home automation platform.

A whole house audio system was designed that provides music in common areas, such as the Kitchen, Dining Room, and lake side yard and patio spaces. These speakers are independently controlled, allowing the owner to choose what music plays in which space and at what volume.

Several televisions and sound systems were installed in the home, with the audio/video components tucked away out of sight. To ensure operation is simple and intuitive, Control4 smart remotes were programmed, which allows for 1-button operation of the important functions.

Keeping an eye on the home while they’re away was important for the owners, so a series of discrete dome surveillance cameras were installed. The cameras were painted to match the exterior of the home and were integrated into Control4 so that they can be easily viewed from anywhere in the world.
